I have had a membership there for years and enjoy my monthly visit. The front desk staff is always super nice; they make you feel truly welcome and valued. I usually stick to the same therapist once I find one that suits me and my need for deep tissue back treatment. Over the years, I have tried multiple therapists though . Of course, everyone’s style is different, but I’ve never had a bad experience. My wife also got a membership last year and enjoyed her monthly facial very much.

Julia was so kind best Customer Service so knowledgeable so patient I probably asked 100 questions and she never got annoyed. The only thing I will say is I’ve been there had a great massages, but my facial was not that great and I should’ve stopped during the beginning and said I want someone else. Her hands were cold. She was not very friendly, but maybe she was having a bad day. I don’t know, but that was my fault but everybody else there is so nice. It’s so clean and it’s very relaxing other than the cold hands and no bedside manner with the lady that gave me a facial but other than that maybe she was having a bad day and she was sick or she wanted to get out of there, but Sophia was my masseuse and she did great so overall, I give it five stars even though I had one bad service, but I hope Julia gets acknowledged for all her work and her Customer Service her knowledge patient kindness. All of it was so nice and refreshing. I would recommend this place to anybody.

i’ve been going to hand and stone waverly for years but in the last year specifically I have found an amazing massage therapist (tia) and the best esthetician (octavia) I have a membership and I struggled using them every month like I was suppose to. they were absolutely amazing about working with me and made sure I got my moneys worth. I now am on a very consistent schedule and i’ve been so happy with the results. my skin has magically transformed itself and there are not enough words to describe how amazing tias massages are.I highly highly recommend them both. also the front desk staff is always amazing when i’m there. the heated neck wrap everything I come in is the absolute best. great business and love giving you guys my money! the membership is great for anyone who wants to make self care more apart of you life but struggle doing it for yourself. i’ve been so so happy with my experience thanks for having a great business.

I am always so pleased with my experience at this location. My therapists, Ebony and Quay, are so knowledgeable and talented in their jobs. I feel so taken care of starting at the front desk where they offer water and calming music alongside a warm smile. Alexis and Tonjanai in particular have always gone out of their way to make me feel so comfortable. Getting a massage is such a luxury and privilege and I always feel that they make a strong effort to make you feel like royalty. I always leaving feeling like my shoulders are no longer at my ears and a fuller heart. Thank you so much to everyone who makes this experience even more special!

Lindsey is an exceptional esthetician whose expertise and genuine care set her apart. She is warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled in her craft. As someone with sensitive skin impacted by hormonal changes, I truly appreciate the time she takes to assess my needs and tailor each treatment for the best possible results. Lawrence deserves high praise as well as his massages are the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. He also has such a kind and calming nature that add to the overall experience. I highly recommend the Waverly location and cannot wait for my next appointment!
